Beautiful wide rim style Japanese tea cup with a delicate and elegant grass pattern.
Kusa means "Grass" in Japanese, and the Karakusa pattern, which consists of various spirals and shapes from vines and floral has been widely used in Japanese traditional crafts.

Please note crazed or cracked effect is a common technique used for ceramics and it is not faulty.
