Please choose carefully when placing your order as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We are happy to provide store credit or exchange item.

All of our products are handcrafted. Therefore there may be variations in colour, texture, shape and some imperfections. We truly believe these add character to each piece and what make them unique.

In the situation where the item you receive is faulty, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. 

If you wish to return your order, please send us a message at hello@tokaceramics.com.au within 2 days of receipt of your order. We may ask you to take some photos of the item.

Please Note
Item must be in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right not to accept a return or exchange if this is not deemed to be the case. If item is used or damaged in any way it will be returned to the customer at their cost. 

We are
 in no way responsible for any faults that may have occurred due to unreasonable use of the product – including failure to follow care instructions. Normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

All sale items are Final. No returns or exchange are accepted. 

All return shipping costs to Toka Ceramics are to be paid in full by the customer. The cost of sending a replacement item is also at the customers expense.

We strongly recommend to return your item using a traceable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
