Trade Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Toka Ceramics and approved Trade Account holders.
By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.
Definitions
- We, us, and our refer to Toka Ceramics (ABN: 78 130 418 426).
- You, and your refer to the Trade Account purchaser of the products.
- Agreement refers to these Trade Terms and Conditions.

Trade Account Application Process
To open a Trade Account with Toka Ceramics, you must complete and submit the Trade Account Application Form.
All applications are subject to approval at our sole discretion. We may decline any application without explanation and are not liable for any such decision.
Application approval may take up to 5 business days. In some cases, we may grant approval subject to specific conditions, which must be accepted in writing before the account becomes active.
Once your trade account is approved, you’ll be able to log in and view exclusive trade pricing — 25% off RRP — directly on our website.
Unlike wholesale accounts, Trade Accounts do not have geographic or exclusivity limitations.

Pricing
Approved Trade Account holders receive up to 25% off the retail price, plus shipping.
There are no minimum order quantities or values required for trade purchases.
Toka Ceramics reserves the right to review and adjust trade pricing without prior notice.
How to Place an Order
Orders must be placed via the trade section of our website using your Trade Account login.
Order Processing and Shipping
- All orders will be processed within 7 business days following receipt of payment.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order size and delivery location.
- Flat rate shipping and free shipping thresholds offered to retail customers do not apply to trade customers.
- The final order price, including shipping costs, will be detailed on the invoice.
- Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
- Toka Ceramics is not responsible for any shipping delays that occur after your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect address information. A re-dispatch fee will apply to any returned shipments.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns only for damaged or faulty items.
Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@tokaceramics.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged item(s).
Nature of Products
Colour and Product Variations
Due to screen variations, product colours may appear differently online. These differences do not qualify for refund or exchange.
Many of our products are handcrafted, hand-finished or made from natural materials. Variations in size, colour, and finish are part of their character and not considered faults.
We do not guarantee that products will precisely replicate the features shown in showroom or electronic images.
Limitation of Liability
Toka Ceramics is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Confidentiality
All pricing, account information, and communication with Toka Ceramics must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Account Termination
Toka Ceramics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Trade Account if any of these terms are breached.
